Our first time visiting on the recommendation of my son and he was not wrong! The whole vibe of this place is perfect! The staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in! We were seated immediately. The restaurant is clean and much larger inside than it appears from the street. We were promptly served two of the most refreshingly cold beers we've had in a restaurant in a while! For Dinner we ordered 2 of the Steampots. My Hubby's came with Sausage, Crablegs, Shrimp, Oysters, Clams and Mussels and I went straight up Crablegs for mine with a side order of 10 Steamed Spiced Shrimp. Having never ordered a Steampot here I noticed that my Crablegs were lukewarm upon arrival and the 'Sweet Meat' was cold like just above freezer temp. I thought perhaps this was normal for the area and mentioned it to my Hubby who at first thought the same until he saw me slowing down and asked to try one. He called over our Server who graciously returned the pot to the kitchen to be resteamed a bit longer. When she brought it back out it was PERFECT! That is why I give this place 5 stars! Shout out to our Server Gabby! She even took her time and patiently helped me select a Tshirt to commemorate our visit! We will definitely be back! To be noted, the side of shrimp was a few seconds over and difficult to peel and honestly wasn't necessary because the pots come with so much food I wouldn't have missed them. Also, they give out ground horseradish as a condiment! Great touch! Delicious!!!

Incredibly good fish chowder! Not fishy tasting! Hearty tomato based broth, a meal in a bowl. Our group enjoyed the cod dinner, oysters Rockefeller, soft shell crab dinner and more. All excellent. And try the Alligator drink and the rum punch. We love the island atmosphere and Jimmy Buffet music, too. This is one of our favorite stops when we're in the area. Servers we're all professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you want a relaxed atmosphere with unpretentious food and ambiance.

Amazing food! Does she crab soup was excellent. The basket of shrimp and grouper is to die for the people are super nice. I would definitely go back again.

Had the fried shrimp basket and the shrimp and spinach dip. Shrimp large and fresh. The fried shrimp were only lightly battered so breading didnt get in way of the taste of the shrimp.

First time coming here and it was delicious. We all shared a pot of gold. Come here early because it will get crowded especially this time of year.

Tried Inlet crab restaurant for the first time this trip Place was crowded at1pm! Wonderful selections. Ice cold beer on a very hot day. Kendal was very nice and attentive. I had the lobster roll with Cole slaw (awesome) and fries. My lunch was delicious. Phil had the She Crab Soup and half grouper sandwich. Even the crackers were fresh. With two Coors light bill came to $49. Crazy hole in the wall!

I was taken to this little hole in the wall with a dirt parking lot, pastel colors, specials on chalkboards, and signs advocating paying in cash -- so, the quintessential fried food joint, as any seafood lover will tell you. I was not disappointed. Everyone at the table ordered their favorites, and the kitchen had them out in record time. I had the soft shell crab platter. Unlike in the Northeast, these crabs are tiny. Instead of one big one like I get at home, down here, I had two smaller crabs instead. (That's fine! Eat local!) They were cooked to perfection inside and out, and served with a spicy remoulade that paired perfectly. I had a taste of the fish and chips, and it was expertly done. I had a taste of she crab soup, which was good, but similar to any other seafood bisque. Inlet Crab House was on someone's list to take visitors. Now it's on my Yelp list of five-star establishments.

We had dinner on 3/14, work family! Everything was absolutely perfect! From our server Cindy, to the appetizers, to the atmosphere and the meals we had. Perfect! The Cod Basket, Groupe Basket, steam pot, all excellent. We live and work local and will be back again and again! My only complaint is that you no longer serve Shrimp and Grits! It was my all time favorite dish there! Thank you for a great dining experience once again!

Simple place with good eats! Easy parking and away from the big crowds across the street on the inlet. Very pleasant crab cake sandwiches and fried seafood!
